Deposit
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, with a maximum of two free reschedules.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you reschedule after two appointments, the deposit will be forfeited and must be paid again for your next appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable but remains available indefinitely for next appointments. This means your deposit will be retained even if you need to reschedule, as long as it is done according to the terms and conditions stated above.
Retouches
Tattoo touch-ups are free within 6 months of the original appointment.
- If you choose to have your tattoo touched up by another artist a free touch-up can no longer be offered.
- If the tattoo hasn't been cared for according to aftercare guidelines (such as sun protection and avoiding scratching), and this results in any irregularities, a touch-up appointment may be charged.
- If we've informed you in advance that the tattoo's placement almost guarantees a touch-up (inner finger, extremely fine lines, etc.), a touch-up appointment may be charged.
Preparation and Aftercare
Please arrive well-prepared for your appointment by:
- Not having had alcohol for 24 hours
- Being well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten well. For longer sessions, bring something to eat and drink with you.
- Bring comfortable, convenient clothing and be aware that some stencil, ink, or similar material may get on your clothing.
At the end of the appointment, aftercare will be carefully explained to ensure the healing process goes smoothly and that the tattoo remains well-protected.
